Hi, mybina supporters!

You have 3 options of printing a project(s).

1. Print Preview (Standard font size)
2. Print Preview Small (smaller font size, for compact printing, saving paper wastage)
3. Print Selected Preview (select what data to print for a more compact printing)

Start printing your projects selection in 5 easy steps:

Step 1: Go to any project listing page.

Step 2: Pick the projects you want to print, by ticking the selection box(es)

Step 3: Click "Select Action" drop-down menu, and pick you choice of printing

A Home page is a page that is presented to you when you first log in, Or whenever you click on the green "Home" tab.

The first time you log into mybina, you will be presented with the Main Listing page, also known as "Latest Project Updates" page. This is your Home page by default.

You can easily change your default Home page to :

Just open your mobile browser, key in "m.mybina.com.my" or "mobile.mybina.com.my" in your browser's URL.

Don't forget to bookmark or add it to your homescreen as a shortcut for easy access. Enjoy!

As they say, if you are registered as the Super User, more super powers for you! You will get access to all modules and click on everything that is clickable, unlike other users!

But remember great powers come with great responsibilities! (Remember Spiderman?)

The major superpowers that you can weild are:
1. able to create Teams and assign projects to them
2. able to see other users' projects
3. able to assign projects/ companies to other users (Basic users)
4. able to post Company Memo

What is this Power Tools tab about?

Power Tools consists of:

• All Note List
• All To Do List
• SU Project List (SuperUser Project List)
• Other User List
• My Team's Project List
• My Team's Company List
• Company List
• Supplier List

These are where you save the info of your interest into special places specifically for you and your team to manage later on.

Based on your subscription to mybina.com.my, you are either a :
1) Superuser (SU)
2) Basic User
3) Normal User

There are a few ways to track your sales and marketing activities.  it actually depends on your own fancy. If you prefer to follow a project,  then using "Notes" is a good option, because they are linked to projects. But if you prefer to track a company, then the "To Do" module is the better option.

This blog post is for using Notes, ie by tracking Projects.
